Articles not sending to print

Problem: An article with Send to Print toggled on does not appear in the rss-atex-private feed.

Solution: 

Send to print sends the article to the rss-atex and rss-atex-private feeds. Only the rss-atex-private feed will show scheduled/unpublished articles.

The rss-atext-private feed is set to show articles with a published date 2 days prior to 10 days in the future e.g. if todays date is 28/03 the feed should show articles with a published date between 26/03 to 11/04

If an article's published date is outside of the feed's date range it needs to be Updated (not a silent update) so that the published date changes to the current date. A vanity date can be set to show the original published date.
